The Horizon Blog is almost a year old, and we are incredibly thankful to our subscribers and readers everywhere.

We couldn't do what we do without customers, readers and subscribers helping to support our efforts.

This holiday season, we are looking back at some of our 2016 posts.

2016 taught us many things, but above all, we learned that while there are many different kinds of solar panels, all aren't manufactured, tested or marketed on a level playing field.

We also discovered that solar power is no longer confined to the outdoors. PowerFilm manufactures solar material that can keep sensors and transmitters powered indoors!

2016 Saw The Outreach Program use our LightSaver portable solar charger to help supply clean drinking water to Tanzanians.
