We set out to create the most durable, reliable, and user-friendly portable solar charger.

Something that could take a beating without looking like this.

(Full disclosure, we shot this panel. Our panels can be shot and continue to work! Not sure about that claim? Check out the video below.)

Guess what?

We did it!

The only step left involves you.

We need your help to make this product a reality for consumers.

On July 14th, The LightSaver Max crowdfunding campaign will go live on Indiegogo. We are hoping to raise $50,000. With your help, I know we can raise far more.

Before the campaign goes live, we wanted to give you a behind the scenes look at a few steps in Max production.

Step 1: Spend endless hours to design the product from the ground up digitally in SolidWorks before it can become a physical reality.

Step 2: Use a laser scribe machine to etch the PowerFilm Logo by removing the barrel's anodized layer.

Step Three: Insert the Max's battery pack as well as the control system into the barrel.

Step Four: Unroll and enjoy access to renewable solar energy wherever you are!
